As fitted on numerous US Recreational Vehicles to fresh or grey waste tanks for quick emptying. Just pull on handle to open the blade valve. Installed by fixing tank adaptor flange to tank with large self-tapping screws or bolts sealed with silicone sealant. Valve can be fixed to adaptor by solvent cement (plumbing glue) in a position to suit easy access for emptying.
